You are responsible for ensuring your bot is not malicious, abusive, illegal, or in violation of Discord’s Terms of Service, and you accept full responsibility for its actions.

3. Payments

All payments are processed through stripes payment platforms and your service begins once payment is confirmed by Jakka101 and you've requested your service, with refunds governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your service for abuse, non‑payment, or violations of these terms, while you may cancel your service at any time.

5. Liability

Jakka Hosting is not liable for downtime, data loss, or issues caused by Discord or third‑party providers, and you use the service at your own risk.
