1. Eligibility
Refunds are only available if requested within 24 hours of purchase and only if the service has not been used in any meaningful way.
2. Non‑Refundable Cases
Refunds are not provided for change of mind, issues caused by your bot’s code, Discord API outages, ToS violations, or downtime caused by third‑party providers.
3. Chargebacks
Any chargeback results in immediate service termination, and we may provide evidence to payment processors if required.
4. How to Request
Refund requests must be submitted through jakkahosting@gmail.com, and proof of purchase may be required.
